Scientists earlier believed that anxiety, stress, tension, panic and other abnormal fears were a result of a single neurophysiological configuration. This discovery led to the development of mind juggling. Mind Juggling is a technique that helps to equalize hemispheric activities and thereby, overcome anxiety.
