Learn how Essential oils help relieve stomach upsets
Stomach upsets are common in the monsoon season or when you are on a holiday because of the change in food and water. One good way to obtaining relief from the problem is to use ginger, peppermint and lemon essential oils. Add a couple of drops of ginger or peppermint essential oil in your tea. Lemon essential oil is good to treat stomach problems caused due to acidity. Instead of essential oils, you can also add fresh ginger juveniles, a few leaves of peppermint plant or a few drops of lemon to your tea. Drink the concoction several times a day for quick relief.
